There were no remains of battery or battery tray or wiring

We bought a battery at www.oldtimerbatterie.de to test and rund the generator and starter.

May 11th 2013

Installation of the battery box.

As we could not locate an original battery box, we bought a reproduced one.

This did not fit well. We had to manufacture a kind of adapter, see pictures. We will continiously try to find an original box.

We installed the battery switch located under the hood attached to the lower starter bolt.
